                 The value of -999 means that no velocity estimate is 
                 available.
11     ER        The error in velocity estimation (km/s)
                 The vale of -999 means either that only two station could
                 be used to calculate the speed, or that no velocity estimate
                 is available.
12     SC-INDX   Scintillation level (in arbitrary unit) observed 
                 at either Fuji or Kiso station.
