Welcome to the Toyokawa IPS Workshop (October 30-31, 2007)


Thank you for the registration for our Workshop in Toyokawa on Oct.30and 31.
Toyokawa city, the site of the Workshop, is located in the central region of Japan, about 2.5 hours from Tokyo or 1.5 hours from Kyoto by JR Shinkansen (the bullet train). The average temperature of Toyokawa during October is 17 deg C (63 F); this is the most beautiful and the most comfortable season in Japan.
Following is the information about access to Toyokawa and the hotel where you will be staying. In order to make the necessary arrangement for your stay in Toyokawa, please read the following, and answer the questions below.

We recommend the Central Japan International Airport ("Centrair").

Accommodattion:
Quality Hotel Toyokawa
Participants DO NOT need to make hotel reservation. We will book rooms for all particpants in this hotel. We will support your stay in Toyokawa from Oct.29-31 including meals. Longer stays and rooms at the above hotel are available at your expense for 7,350 yen for a single room or 12,600 yen for a twin room per night.
