名古屋大学 宇宙地球環境研究所 太陽圏研究部（SW研）は、宇宙天気・太陽風の観測と関連システム開発の研究室です。
本研究室では、宇宙天気・太陽風の観測研究を軸に、IPS観測、電波診断、数値シミュレーション、AIを組み合わせた研究を大学院生とともに進めています。国際共同研究や企業との連携も重視しています。
教授 岩井一正 のもとで、大学院生はIPS観測・電波診断・装置開発・解析・モデル統合を学べます。
The Heliospheric Research Division (Solar Wind Group) at the Institute for Space-Earth Environmental Research (ISEE), Nagoya University, is a research laboratory dedicated to observational studies of space weather and the solar wind, as well as the development of related observation systems.
Our research focuses on observational space weather and solar wind studies, integrating interplanetary scintillation (IPS) observations, radio diagnostics, numerical simulations, and AI-driven analysis, conducted in close collaboration with graduate students. We place strong emphasis on international collaborations and joint research with industry.
Under the supervision of Professor Kazumasa Iwai, graduate students gain comprehensive training in IPS observations, radio diagnostics, instrumentation development, data analysis, and the integration of observational results with physical and numerical models.
